Few homes on Tybee have such spacious rooms plus a vaulted ceiling in the living room which opens into the dining area, an open, large kitchen that is fully equipped and set up for entertaining. From the kitchen area you may access the deck and porch with its grill and dining area or look through the living area past the gas burning fireplace to the beach and ocean. The living area has more than adequate and very comfortable seating including two queen sleeper sofas.

The main living area is adjoined by two guest bedrooms and a full bath. Guest bedroom #1 features a queen bed. Guest bedroom #2 shares a queen bed plus one twin bed. The entire top floor is a luxurious master suite with king size bed plus private dining area, full size sofa, club chair and ottoman. The master bath features a Jacuzzi and separate shower with large dressing area and walk in closet. The six person hot tub is on the master bedroom deck which accesses the widow's walk.
